Can commission be added to an affiliate itself? If he/she clicks/buys/views his/her own links/coupons, can he/she receive the commission?

No. Mageplaza Affiliate extension only allows the commission if the visitors/ customers who haven't had any orders or registered affiliate programs when they click/buy via affiliate links.
