I wrote a review but I haven't received any points

If you have submitted reviews but did not receive any reward points in your account balance, there could be several reasons for this:

No Email or Non-Matching Email: You submitted reviews without providing an email address or the email address you used is not associated with a Mageplaza customer account.

Reviewing Unpurchased Products: You submitted reviews for products that you did not purchase from Mageplaza.

Reviews Prior to Purchase: You submitted reviews for products before making the actual purchase.

Review Length: Your submitted reviews are shorter than the required minimum length of 30 words.
