If you are dissatisfied with your product before 60 days after the purchase for any reason, you can receive a full refund. If you fall into one or more of the below, we’re sorry: You are NOT eligible for Refund. Refund is not applicable after 60 days since the date of your order purchase. The item doesn’t work as claimed and you have never asked for help.
How long does it take to get refund?

Can I request a refund for the installation/customization services?
No, I'm sincerely sorry that we're unable to refund the installation/customization services, so please carefully consider those offers. We also need to ensure that our employees are paid properly for the work they have done.
Can I refund a over 60 days purchased extension?
No, we think we need to emphasize that Mageplaza treats fairly to all the customer and Terms & Conditions is to unify rules. And refund to over 60-day purchased product is not included in our policy. We do offer a 60-day trial then you can take advantage of this period to ask for our support while fully experiencing the extension.
